The "Sağlam Ailə" Medical Center announces a vacancy for a Medical Coordinator in Registration.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients visiting the clinic, clarifying the scope and purpose of their examination based on their complaints, needs, observations, and anamnesis, and registering them in accordance with relevant guidelines;
- Informing patients about laboratory and functional examinations, preparation procedures, and execution methods;
- Clarifying the reason for the visit of patients without an assigned responsible physician and directing them to the appropriate specialist or forming a request based on their needs;
- Providing recommendations to patients for selecting examinations when necessary, interpreting examination results, explaining findings, and conducting relevant educational activities;
- Offering medical services upon request (referring to the attending physician, proposing check-up services, or directing to a qualified specialist).
Requirements:
- Medical education;
- No prior experience required;
- Language skills: Azerbaijani – excellent, Russian – preferred;
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and stress tolerance.
