Requirements:
Higher education
Minimum 2 years of experience in SMM
Knowledge of digital marketing tools
Experience in planning, launching, and optimizing social media ad campaigns
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
Ability to create and publish effective content plans
Experience with video editing tools
Creative and trend-focused mindset
Fluent in Azerbaijani; Russian language skills are a plus
Responsibilities:
Managing social media and Google accounts
Running and optimizing paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
Contributing to content planning and daily postings
Writing scripts for video content
Preparing educational and informative materials
Supporting creation of visual and video content
Organizing and analyzing marketing campaigns
Monitoring audience growth and engagement
Tracking trends and preparing monthly reports
Organizing and editing short-form videos (e.g., reels)
Conditions:
Official employment under the Labor Code of Azerbaijan
5-day workweek (09:00–18:00)
