Neuropathy and encephalopathy, as disorders of the nervous system, can significantly reduce a person’s quality of life. These conditions are typically accompanied by chronic fatigue, numbness and tingling in the extremities, headaches, memory impairment, and disturbed motor coordination.
One of the modern approaches, intravenous (IV) therapy, helps support the functional state of the nervous system. Through this therapy, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and neuroprotective agents are delivered directly into the bloodstream. As a result, the nourishment of nerve tissues is restored, blood supply to the brain and peripheral nerves is improved, and cellular-level recovery processes are stimulated. This contributes both to the alleviation of symptoms and to the long-term protection of nerve cells.
Neuropathy - is a condition characterized by damage to the peripheral nervous system. It typically presents with numbness, burning sensations, tingling, pain, and muscle weakness, mainly in the extremities. This disorder may develop as a result of diabetes, B-vitamin deficiency, exposure to toxins, or certain infections.
Encephalopathy - refers to functional or structural impairment of the brain. Its causes include oxygen deprivation, circulatory disorders, toxin accumulation, trauma, and metabolic disturbances. In cases of encephalopathy, patients may experience irritability, sleep disturbances, memory impairment, dizziness, and a general decline in cognitive function.
IV therapy in such disorders is aimed not only at relieving symptoms but also at supporting the nervous system at the cellular level.
