What is the “So-Check: OligoScan” examination?

Measuring vitamin and mineral levels in blood, urine, and other body fluids does not always allow for a complete and accurate assessment of the body’s true mineral balance. This includes elements such as magnesium (Mg), selenium (Se), potassium (K), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), and others. To obtain a more comprehensive evaluation of mineral status, these elements should ideally be assessed at the tissue level, specifically within the cells. This is where the So-Check examination becomes useful.

So-Check is an innovative technology based on a spectrophotometric method. With this device, intracellular levels of vitamins, minerals, heavy metals, and oxidative stress (the damaging effects caused by free radicals) can be assessed quickly and painlessly. The scan is performed by analyzing specific points on the palm using light wave technology.

What results does the So-Check examination provide?

Within just 5-10 minutes, the following parameters can be evaluated:

  • Levels of toxic heavy metals (such as mercury, lead, arsenic, aluminum, and others);
  • Tissue levels of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements (including magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium, copper, chromium, calcium, potassium, and others);
  • Oxidative stress level;
  • Body acid–base (pH) balance;
  • Liver regeneration and detoxification capacity;
  • Cellular health of the skin, hair, nails, and nervous system;
  • Weight balance;
  • Hormonal balance.

Advantages of the So-Check Examination:

  • It is a fast, painless, and non-invasive procedure.
  • No special preparation is required; eating before the examination does not interfere with the results.
  • Results are available immediately, without long waiting times.
  • Unlike standard blood tests, it also assesses intracellular levels of minerals and toxins.
  • It can be repeated before and after treatment, providing an objective basis for evaluating the effectiveness of therapy.

How is the examination performed?

At the beginning of the examination, specific points on the palm are scanned using the device’s optical sensors.The working principle of the device is based on the light absorption capacity of each substance. The results are displayed immediately on the device screen or in electronic format as detailed graphs and numerical indicators. Based on these results, a medical specialist performs an individualized analysis and determines the body’s specific needs.

Precautions Before the Examination:

No special preparation is required for the So-Check examination; however, to ensure more accurate results, the following recommendations should be observed:

  • Avoid using hand lotions, creams, or cosmetic products 1-2 hours before the examination.
  • Fever or infectious conditions may affect the results.
  • It is recommended to wait 48 hours after vaccination or the administration of contrast agents before undergoing the examination.

Who is the So-Check examination recommended for?

  • Individuals who wish to start a detox program;
  • People experiencing chronic fatigue, concentration difficulties, or sleep disorders;
  • Those with a family history of autoimmune diseases;
  • Individuals taking dietary supplements or seeking an effective pre-treatment plan;
  • People with weak skin, hair, and nails.

Based on the results, an individualized assessment of vitamin and mineral needs is made, along with the appropriate dosage and combination of dietary supplements. The effectiveness of the treatment plan is also evaluated.
